The Ragnar Relay is the world’s largest series of overnight running relays, which take place in the most breath-taking places in the world. This weekend, the relay is coming to our doorstep in Southern England and competitors will be racing around the white cliffs of Dover.

BLOCKHEAD will be there to support the teams of 8 who will be taking on the 170-mile run over the course of two days and one night. Competitors will run on all types of terrain from paved trails to hard shoulders and will be battling fatigue, sleep deprivation and exhaustion.

Each runner will average roughly 17 miles in total over the course of event. What is so exceptional about the event, however is that the legs are flexible and distances can be shared amongst team members. This gives rise to many people who want to compete in the endurance races without having to be a professional runner. The Ragnar offers groups of friends or even family to come together and conquer an event that pushes your limits throughout the night.
